**Important 2020 Point of Emphasis “Delay of Game” Ref Bowker Explains!**

Delay of Game is a POE Point of Emphasis this year.

The list of things that can be under delay of game are long but they are really concentrating on Self Start vs. Whistle Start.

THIS INCLUDES DEFENSE! Defense must move away properly and not try to slow down the game.

I have included the slides from the US lacrosse as well as the progression of the cards for the infraction.

The scale will vary pending levels of ability but delay of game can be called for almost any procedure violation and could count toward the team getting a card.
